How UGC pricing actually works.
Rates are quoted per project — there's no public price list, because the right price depends on a few things that change from brand to brand. Here's what actually drives it.
A single video costs less than a batch of five concepts shot in one session — more deliverables per project usually means a better per-video rate, not a linear multiply.
Organic-only content (posted to my own TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) is priced lower than content licensed for your paid ad accounts, and broader or longer usage windows cost more than a short organic license.
Standard turnaround keeps costs down. Rush requests are possible but typically carry a premium, since they mean reshuffling other work.
Sending me a full script with specific shots costs differently than briefing me on the product and letting me develop the hook and concept myself.
A monthly retainer or a multi-video batch booked together is typically more cost-effective per video than a single one-off booking.
Studio or lifestyle photography can be bundled into a project or booked on its own, and is quoted separately from video.
Pricing questions.
How is UGC pricing typically determined?
UGC pricing is usually built from a few factors: how many videos or photos you need, whether the content is for organic posting or paid ads, how broad the usage rights are, turnaround time, and whether it's a one-off project or an ongoing retainer. There's rarely a single flat rate — a quick brief gets you an accurate quote.
Do you charge per video or per project?
Both, depending on what you need. Simple requests are often quoted per video; larger campaigns with multiple concepts, a shoot day, or photography included are usually quoted as a project.
What affects turnaround time and cost?
Standard turnaround allows time for scripting, filming, and editing without a rush fee. Faster turnarounds are possible but typically cost more, since they mean reprioritizing other projects.
Do usage rights and whitelisting cost extra?
Yes. Organic-only content is priced differently than content licensed for your paid ad accounts or whitelisted for Spark Ads/Partnership Ads. Broader or longer usage terms cost more than a short, organic-only license.
Do you offer discounts for retainers or multi-video packages?
Yes — a monthly retainer or a batch of videos booked at once is typically more cost-effective per video than one-off single bookings, since it reduces back-and-forth scoping for each piece.
What's typically included in a UGC package?
Most packages include concept/hook development, filming, basic editing, and delivery in the formats you need. Script writing, voiceover, paid usage rights, and photography can be added depending on the project.
How does payment work?
Details are worked out per project once scope is confirmed — email your brief and I'll walk you through it.
